Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Aiflyn is a prepaid, credit-based AI chat platform that enables users to access multiple AI models through a single account. The service is intended for text-based interaction, conversation management, and related productivity use cases.

The service may evolve over time, and features, model availability, pricing structure, and interface design may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time to the extent permitted by law.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must use a valid Google account to sign in and use the service. By registering or accessing the service, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access, for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for all activity carried out through your account.

3. Credit Balance, Top-Ups, and Billing

Aiflyn uses prepaid usage credits rather than a subscription. When you top up your balance, the purchased amount is converted into digital usage credit and remains available until it is consumed in whole or in part.

The minimum and maximum top-up amounts, preset values, and payment terms are determined by the service configuration displayed at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, all amounts are processed in USD.

The credit balance displayed in the service is a prepaid usage balance for access to software functionality. It is not a bank account, electronic money account, stored-value payment instrument, cash wallet, money transfer service, or deposit product. Credits are non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn as cash.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, or harmful activity. Prohibited conduct includes spam, malware, unauthorized access, circumvention of access controls, reverse engineering, scraping at scale, service interference, and any activity that could impair security, stability, or availability.

You may not use the service to generate or distribute content that violates law, infringes intellectual property, or otherwise breaches the rights of third parties. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where misuse is suspected or confirmed.

5. AI Model Providers and Outputs

Model access may be provided through third-party providers. Your use of those models may also be subject to the applicable terms, policies, and technical limitations of the relevant provider.

Model outputs are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, bias, or outdated information. Aiflyn does not warrant that any output will be accurate, complete, lawful, suitable for a particular purpose, or free from error.

6. Fees, Taxes, and Promotions

Fees, pricing, promotional credit, and bonus structures may be updated from time to time. Any promotional credit is governed by the terms of the relevant promotion and may be changed, limited, or withdrawn where permitted by law.

You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or other charges arising from your use of the service, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

7. Refunds and Chargebacks

Top-ups are treated as digital prepaid balance that becomes available after the relevant payment flow is completed. To the extent permitted by law and except where mandatory consumer rights apply, completed top-ups are generally non-refundable.

If you believe a payment was processed in error, or if a transaction is disputed, you should contact support promptly. Unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension or limitation of access to the service.

8. User Content and Account Data

You retain ownership of content you submit, to the extent such ownership exists under applicable law. By using the service, you grant Aiflyn a limited license to host, process, transmit, store, and display your content solely to provide the service, maintain the account, and improve service operations.

You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring that you have the right to provide it. Do not submit content that is unlawful, confidential, or that you are not authorized to share.

9. Service Availability and Modifications

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue any portion of the service at any time, including models, pricing, features, or integrations. The service may also be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device or browser, or the continued availability of any particular feature or provider integration.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aiflyn will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, loss of data, service interruption, or harm arising from third-party services, user error, or unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, pose a security or legal risk, or where required to comply with law. You may stop using the service at any time.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, and any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

12. Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account and use the service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement. If we discover that an account belongs to a person below the minimum age, we may suspend or terminate that account.

13. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting support@aiflyn.com. Upon confirmed deletion, your account and associated conversation data will be removed in accordance with our retention practices. Any remaining credit balance at the time of deletion is forfeited and will not be refunded, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

14. Credit Expiry

Purchased credits do not expire as long as your account remains active and in good standing. We reserve the right to introduce or modify an expiry policy in the future, in which case we will provide reasonable advance notice before any such change takes effect.

15. Intellectual Property

Aiflyn, its name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary to their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Aiflyn's trademarks, trade names, service marks, or product names.

The service, including its software, design, and infrastructure, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the service without prior written permission.

16. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms will be interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to Aiflyn's operation, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Any mandatory consumer or data protection rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.
